"Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high because he has known MY NAME...With long life will I satisfy him, and show him my yeshua (salvation).
Tehelim (Psalm) 91:14-
So, what exactly makes Yeshua and Jesus different? Are these differences significant enough to make a difference in one’s salvation?
THE NAME:
The name "Yeshua" means "Yahweh is Salvation". The name Yeshua is consistent with, "I, even I, am Yahweh and beside me there is no (other) savior" Isaiah 43:11. The name of the Son reflects the name of the Father. The name Yeshua is used throughout the Tanakh (what Christians term, "Old Testament"). I have been asked, "Where is the name Yeshua found in the Tanakh. Every time the Tanakh uses the word SALVATION it is the very same word used in Matthew 1:21. There are several exceptions when the word is used impersonally.
Several examples from the Biblical Hebrew show this clearly. "I have waited for thy
Yeshua (salvation), 0 Yahweh!" Genesis 49:18. "that I may show forth all your praise.
In the gates of the daughter of Zion, I will rejoice in your Yeshua (salvation)."
Psalm 9:14. "Behold, Yahweh is my Yeshua (salvation); I will trust and not be afraid:
for Yahweh is my strength and my song; He also is become my Yeshua (salvation)".
Therefore with joy shall you draw water out of the wells of Yeshua (salvation)" Isaiah
12:2-
The name Jesus has no definition or meaning. It is, actually, a hybrid name that means nothing. The name "Jesus" has only been in existence for about 400 years. There is no correlation between the name, "Jesus" and the name, "Yahweh". The name, "Jesus" is translated from the Greek, "Iesous". Greek scholars are divided on the translation from Hebrew to Greek. Some assert that the name, "Yeshua" could not be completely translated to Greek as Greek lacked the equivalent letters and vocals. Other Greek scholars assert that the Greek language was capable of translating the name, "Yeshua" perfectly into Greek. We will not get into the phonetics of the zeus sound that some scholars attribute to pagan consecrated places and names by the Greeks. Suffice it to say that the name, "Jesus" is translated from "Iesous" and not from the Hebrew, "Yeshua".
When the letter "J" was first introduced it was like the "Y" such as in the name,

Did you know the name “Satan” is a Hebrew name? “Satan” is not English, nor is it Greek; it is Hebrew. Step into any Christian church and you can clearly hear Christians pronounce the Hebrew name, “Satan” perfectly. Yet, the vast overwhelming majority of Christians refuse to pay the same respect to the Messiah, Yeshua, by pronouncing His name correctly. Instead, they choose to pronounce a hybrid conjured up name, “Jesus”. Why is it, when it comes to the name of the destroyer, “Satan”, Christians have no problem speaking proper Hebrew but refuse to acknowledge the true Hebrew name of the Messiah, Yeshua?
The scriptures say to call upon the name of who? Yeshua haMashiyach. The scriptures teach that there is only ONE name under heaven whereby you can be saved. ONE NAME. What is Messiah’s ONE NAME? Yeshua.
BIRTHDAY:
Yeshua was born around the beginning of Sukkot (Sue-
A sukkah is a temporary hut constructed for use during the week-
When observing Sukkot, it is common for Jews to eat, sleep and otherwise spend time in the sukkah. Sukkot is a joyous celebration and is referred to in Hebrew as Yom Simchateinu (the day of our rejoicing) or Z'man Simchateinu (the time of our rejoicing). The sukkah symbolizes the frailty and transience of life and its dependence on Elohim.
Jesus was born in a stable on Christmas, December 25th. Which, by the way, had no
correlation to a Roman census and taxation. The story goes that he was born in a
manger -
Jesus shares the same birthday with a number of pagan dieties -
In 303, Christian writer Arnobius ridiculed the idea of celebrating the birthdays of gods, which suggests that Christmas was not yet a feast at this time. "Christmas", The Catholic Encyclopedia, 1913.
In 245, the theologian Origen of Alexandria stated that, "only sinners (like Pharaoh and Herod)" celebrated their birthdays. Origen, "Levit., Hom. VIII"; Migne P.G., XII, 495.
De Pascha Computus, a Roman calendar of feasts produced in 243, gives March 28 as the date of the nativity. Roll p.81f
Even in Colonial America Christmas was considered a pagan celebration. You will find references to this in the "History of the Netzarim" on this web site. One of America's founding fathers had this to say. "... the Christian religion is a parody on the worship of the Sun, in which they put a man whom they call Christ, in the place of the Sun, and pay him the same adoration which was originally paid to the Sun ..."
Thomas Paine, 'Origin of Free-
The birth of Jesus is celebrated by cutting down a tree, affixing it with nails or a tree stand and decorating it with gold and silver and lights. This was the same practice of celebrating the birth of other pagan dieties. Do you believe the pagan nature of Christmas is harmless, just a childrens celebration, or an innocent tradition? Let's look at what Yahweh has to say about Christmas:
"Hear the word which Yahweh speaks to you, o house of Israel: Thus says YHWH, learn
not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen
are dismayed at them. For the customs of the people are vain: for one cuts a tree
out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe. They deck
it with silver and gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move
not. They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne,
because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also
is it in them to do good" Jeremiah 10:1-
SHABBATOT -
Yeshua observed Yahweh's seventh day Shabbat. The seventh day Shabbat was established
long before Moshe (Moses). As a matter of fact, the seventh day Shabbat was established
at creation: "The heaven and the earth were finished, and all their array. On the
seventh day Elohim finished the work that He had been doing, and He rested on the
seventh day from all the work that He had done. And Elohim blessed the seventh day
and declared it kadosh (sanctified -
This was later followed up when YHWH instucted the Israelites to "REMEMBER" what
was already established from creation: “And Yahweh spake unto Moshe, saying, 13 Speak
unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my Shabbotot you shall keep: for it
is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that you may know that
I am Yahweh that sanctifies (sets apart) you. 14 You shall keep the Shabbat therefore;
for it is kadosh (sanctified) unto you: every one that defiles it shall surely be
put to death: for whosoever does any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from
among his people.” Exodus 31:12-
The Brit Chadasha (New Covenant Writings) demonstrate that Yeshua observed the seven
moedim Feasts of Yahweh. The majority of Christians have no clue what these Shabbotot
-
Pesach, means protect but is referred to as "Passover", is the feast of remembrance
of how Yahweh delivered the Hebrews from death and Egypt. Pesach is all about the
atoning sacrifice of Yeshua -
The Feast of Chag haMatzot, "Unleavened Bread", is also all about Messiah Yeshua
as there was no sin (leaven) in Him. The Feast of Yom HaBikkurim, day of First Fruits,
as Yeshua is the First Fruit of the resurrection. Fifty days after HaBikkurim is
Shavuot, Pentecost, gift of the Ruach haKodesh -
Jesus has little if any relationship to the Feasts of Yahweh. You hear very little teaching, if any at all, about the correlation of Messiah and the Feasts of Yahweh. The "Feasts" are generally written off as part of the "Law" that Christianity did away with. In the second half of the second century, Christianity was well on its way to divorcing itself from its Hebrew roots to create the all Gentile Christian Church. Because of this the majority of Christians today have no clue that the remaining Feasts of Yahweh are fulfilled as outlined in the Book of Revelation.
Yeshua was a Jew. He was Torah observant. Yeshua upholds Torah and the Prophets,

One God vs The Trinity
Yeshua is the vessel of YHWH -
Everything Yeshua did pointed to Elohim the Father. There is nothing recorded that
Yeshua ever did to elevate himself, draw praise to himself, or gain benefit to himself.
Yeshua worships and serves the "one" true Elohim. Sh'ma Yisrael, YHWH Elohanue, YHWH
echad -
Jesus came and destroyed the Torah, the Neviim (Prophets) and usurped a position
equal to Elohim the Father. Jesus became a part of three separate but equal gods
(polytheism) all sharing one mind -
The idea of the trinity is like this. Your father gives you twenty dollars. You go up and grab your father's arm and say, "Thank you arm. I am so thankful for the blessing you have given me arm. Arm, you are the greatest and most magnificent father there is." Ponder that.
Death and Resurrection
Yeshua was executed on Pesach (Passover -
Wednesday evening and Thursday morning equal the first night and first day. Thursday evening and Friday morning equal the second evening and the second day. Friday evening and Saturday morning equal the third night and the third day. When did Y'shua arise from the grave? At the closing of the Shabbat, the dawning of the first day of the week, which comes at Saturday evening, Matthew 28:1.
Jesus, on the other hand, was executed on a Friday, the day before the weekly Shabbat. Jesus’ execution would have occurred during the observance of the Feast of Unleavened Bread. Such a violation of Torah would have been obvious to even the most common of Jews. The people would have, most likely, rioted over such egregious and wanton breaking of YHWH’s Mitzwot.
Jesus was in the grave Friday night and Saturday morning equaling the first evening
and the first day. Saturday night and Sunday morning sunrise equals, oops, twelve
hours roughly. So, one day and twelve hours equals 36 hours. This is a real problem
because Jesus did not fulfill the sign of Yonas (Jonah), Matthew 5:17-
This would make Jesus a liar and a false prophet (Matthew 12:39-
Interestingly the remembrance of Y’shua’s death is in the Pesach (Passover) Seder.

The vast majority of Christianity, on the other hand, presents slaughtered swine
as the centerpiece of their Easter meal -
Christians justify the eating of swine with Peter’s vision of the blanket and with verses like “Whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught” Mark 7:19. Because they lack knowledge of Hebrew Culture and Hebraic writing, Christian’s fail to discern that “swine” is not food. When the word “meat” is used it does not refer to the carnivorous eating of animal muscle tissue. A prime example of this is Webster Dictionary’s first definition of “meat”; 1)”Food in general; any kind of nourishment”.
“Meat” as used here is from the Hebrew “oklah”(#402) food: -
Putting it into perspective
Let’s say your father’s name is Franz Gretchencrockenheimer and that he is a carpenter. But you don’t like that name so you change your father’s name to Bob Smithengretch. While you are at it you decide to change your father’s date of birth from June 2nd to September 13th. And instead of dying on a Wednesday, you decide your father died on a Friday. You go on to pretty much change most of the attributes about him.
Then your father Franz passes away leaving a ten million dollar estate. You walk into court and say, “I am here to claim the estate of my father, “Bob Smithengretch”. The judge says, “Sorry, we don’t have any estates listed under that name. Tell me, what was your father’s date of birth?”
You respond, “September 13th”. Puzzled the judge replies, “Sorry, none of the birth dates in our records match that date. Tell me, on what day did your father pass away?”
You respond, “He died on a Friday...” Get the picture?
Do you honestly believe you are going to collect an inheritance with a hybrid name, an erroneous birthdate, an incorrect date of death, and attributes of other people that you have associated to your father? That is the exact dilemma that Christianity has fabricated.
Conclusion
We can continue on but the point is obvious. Yeshua is the Hebrew Messiah. Jesus, just as his name, is a conglomeration of a little bit of Hebraism and a whole lot of paganism. Jesus is a hybrid messiah that has been methodically created over the past two thousand years to replace (Vicarius Feli Dei) the true Messiah, Yeshua.

What They Said
I will insist that the Hebrews have done more to civilize men than any other nation. If I were an atheist, and believed in blind eternal fate, I should still believe that fate had ordained the Jews to be the most essential instrument for civilizing the nations. If I were an atheist of the other sect, who believe or pretend to believe that all is ordered by chance, I should believe that chance had ordered the Jews to preserve and propagate to all mankind the doctrine of a supreme, intelligent, wise, almighty sovereign of the universe, which I believe to be the great essential principle of all morality, and consequently of all civilization.
